In my search for the fountain of youth, I’ve discovered this:
1 cup of water
1 squeeze of lime
1 tablespoon chia
𝑫𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉!
I love it so much! I actually get excited to make my little chia water glass in the morning. ☺️
